Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a compassionate RN to join FlexCare Infusion Center on-site in Gilbert, Chandler or Casa Grande, AZ, delivering IV therapy to pediatric and adult patients. The role requires a minimum of 8 hours per week within the 8am-4:30pm center schedule.

The ideal candidate holds ASN/BSN/MSN, an active AZ RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and 3+ years of infusion experience with strong IV skills. On-call flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• ASN, BSN or MSN degree.
• Active RN license in Arizona.
• BLS and/or CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Additional licensure and/or ONS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 3+ years of infusion experience; solid IV skills essential.
• Flexibility for on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients
• Prepare and administer sterile medications per protocol
• Monitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision
• Communicate with providers and document clinical assessments
• Support order entry, lab review, and protocol updates
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assurance

*** This opportunity will work on-site at our FlexCare Infusion Center in Gilbert, Chandler or Casa Grande, AZ. Schedule for this position will be a minimum of 8 hours a week or a minimum of four 8 hour shifts a month, within the Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm center schedule***

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients
• Prepare and administer sterile medications per protocol
• Monitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision
• Communicate with providers and document clinical assessments

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
