Job summary

Uptiv Health seeks a Full-time Infusion Registered Nurse (Float) to join a patient-centric care team in on-site clinics across the market. The RN will document assessments in the EHR, educate patients about medications, and collaborate with NPs and referring providers to ensure safe, effective infusion therapy.

The role requires 4+ years of clinical experience, an active Michigan RN license, and BLS CPR certification, with 2+ years in infusion and familiarity with ports preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience.
• Active RN license in Michigan.
• Active BLS CPR certification.
• 2+ years of infusion experience; familiarity with ports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer service, clinical quality, and continuous improvement in clinics.
• Document patient discussions, vital signs, and health history in EHR.
• Provide generalized drug education to patients and caregivers with NP support.
• Serve as clinical contact for referring providers on orders and questions.
• Prepare, dispense, and administer infusion medications per PI and policies.
