Vivo Infusion is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate patient care in Harrison, NY. You will administer infusion treatments, calculate and mix medications, and perform IV insertions while monitoring patients throughout the process.

The role requires valid RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year IV experience; infusion experience and CRNI are preferred. Reports to Clinical Operations Manager.

Formación

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure, required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• ONC Certified, Preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience, required.
• Infusion experience, preferred.
• Certification in CRNI (Certified RN Infusion), preferred.
• ICU/ED experience, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and attentive manner.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatment.
• Assist with inventory and supply ordering oversight.
• Document and report patient assessments to medical staff.
• Skillful and accurate IV insertion.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Assist in CQI improvement activities.
• Perform admissions and daily run/flow sheet reviews.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate daily charting.
