Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Clinical experience in an ambulatory infusion center or outpatient specialty clinic is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills, including medication management and emergency response.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and understanding of HIPAA compliance.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and virtual supervision for infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and document observations.
• Educate and support patients regarding treatment expectations.
• Maintain EHR records and uphold compliance standards.
• Assist with treatment planning to optimize clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for enhanced care coordination.
• Assist in inventory management and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibility in working at multiple facilities as needed.
