Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. in the East Bay area seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver outpatient infusion therapy across San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Oakland and Berkeley.

You will administer infusions, monitor responses, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Clinical experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient setting is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills and emergency response knowledge.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision during infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families about treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR records and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Support treatment planning and chart preparation to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist in inventory management and regulatory adherence.
• Adapt to work at multiple facilities within the market.
