• Provide nursing education, orientation, competencies, and contribute to quality improvement and outcome utilization.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous drugs and medical waste.
• Oversee infusion procedures and vascular access devices.
• Educate staff on oncology-specific care and chemotherapy administration.
• Monitor and report patient outcomes to the team.
