Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing must be obtained within 5 years.
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program required.
• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI upon hire.
• CRT-BLS within 90 days (AHA or ARC) required.
• ONCC certifications preferred for RNs in oncology areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the ANA and Michigan state laws.
• Demonstrate competency through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Uphold professional standards, ethical practice, and culturally congruent care, with collaboration and education.
