Job summary

Tufts Medicine in Stoneham, MA is seeking a skilled RN for Infusion care on a 32-hour schedule. The role involves delivering professional nursing care, following physician orders, and overseeing patient plans from admission to discharge.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and education for patients and families. Requirements include Massachusetts RN Licensure, 2 years of clinical nursing experience, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.
• BSN degree preferred; department-specific certifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care according to physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver patient-centered care and educate patients and families as needed.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses.
• Document care activities per hospital policies and standards.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure quality and safety.
