Job summary

Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Hematology/Oncology Clinic: Clemmons Med Plz seeks a full-time RN to provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while leading other team members and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Required: NC RN licensure with BCLS; BSN preferred. Duties include safe care delivery, patient advocacy, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and NC RN licensure required
• BCLS certification required for NC licensure
• Ability to provide direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/family centered care using the nursing process
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs
• Demonstrate professional practice and accountability in care delivery
• Perform and maintain competency for point-of-care testing as assigned
