Job summary

Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking an experienced nurse to provide direct infusion therapy and case management for patients in home, clinic, or alternate living sites in Oregon and SW Washington.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with physicians and payors, and ensure compliance with Oregon RN licensure and BLS requirements.

Qualifications

• Oregon RN license required upon hire.
• License in states where care is delivered.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington.

Required Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• License in states wherever care is delivered
• National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualification

• One (1) year experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
