Job summary

Providence Home Services Oregon is recruiting a dedicated registered nurse for infusion therapy and case management across home, clinic, and alternate living sites in Oregon and SW Washington.

Responsibilities include coordination with patients, caregivers, physicians and payors to deliver patient-focused care and maintain high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire; licensure in states wherever care is delivered.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Job description

Provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington.
