Job summary
AdventHealth in Littleton, CO seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver holistic patient care across physiological, psychological, and spiritual dimensions. Qualifications
- Must possess RN license and current state registration.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors to inform care plans.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; regularly reassess and revise as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocol.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications and self-care.
- Coordinate with medical staff and departments to optimize patient care and communication.
- Document patient information, care activities and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
