Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team in Leesburg and Fairfax, VA. You will provide safe, effective patient care in accordance with regulations and clinical guidelines, including IV insertions and medication administration.

The role is Per Diem with clinic hours 8am-5pm, travel for training may be required, and reports to the Clinical Operations Manager. Compensation ranges $43–$48 per hour, 401K with match up to 4%.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure, required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience, required.
• Infusion experience, preferred.
• Certification in specialty/CRNI (Certified RN Infusion), preferred.
• ICU/ED experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Document assessments to medical staff and other healthcare team members.
• IV insertion accurately and safely.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Assist CQI improvement activities.
• Complete daily run/flow sheet reviews.
