Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care that creates a compassionate, therapeutic environment.
• Assesses and identifies expected patient outcomes based on diagnosis and concerns.
• Develops individualized outcomes-based care plans involving patient and family.
• Documents treatments and patient responses per hospital policies.
• Administers medications and monitors patient response using pharmacology knowledge.
• Leads bedside care as a delegator, collaborator and communicator.
• Participates in patient safety, quality improvement and data collection activities.
