Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing activities to provide compassionate, patient-centered care from admission through discharge.
• Advocates for patients and families, coordinating with the care team to meet care goals.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans based on patient needs and learning readiness.
• Documents care accurately per hospital policy and regulatory requirements.
• Administers medications safely and monitors patient responses; evaluates interventions.
• Participates in safety, quality improvement, and discharge planning activities.
