Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team serving the Greater Cleveland area. You will provide safe, effective patient care for infusion treatments, calculate and mix prescribed medications, and perform precise IV insertions while monitoring patients throughout the process.

As an Infusion RN, you will collaborate with clinicians, supervise unlicensed staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN licensure, required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing ASN/BSN programs.
• ONC Certification, preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum 1 year IV infusion experience, required.
• CRNI certification, preferred; ICU/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer IV medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion.
• Manage inventory and supply ordering.
• Document assessments and report to medical staff and other healthcare team members.
• Perform IV insertions with accuracy and safety.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Support CQI improvement activities.
• Complete admissions and daily run sheets.
