Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse – Infusion at the Thomas Center. You will provide holistic nursing care, collaborate with physicians and health care team, and support patient families across the life cycle. The role emphasizes safety, education, and professional growth within TriHealth’s infusion centers.

Applicants should have an Associate's or Nursing Diploma, and pursue a BSN within five years. A BSN and RN licensure are essential, with up to one year of clinical nursing experience

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Up to 1 year clinical in nursing experience required.
• Knowledge and skills from biological, physical, behavioral, social and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family and documents findings.
• Plans care for patient and family with goals and discharge planning.
• Maintains safe, therapeutic environment and communicates care plans to the team.
• Evaluates plan of care and revises as needed with patient/family input.
• Administers medications and treatments safely and monitors effects.
