Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association is seeking a full-time Infusion RN for our Rheumatology II practice. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care with a focus on infusion therapies, mainly rheumatology/oncology.

Shifts run Monday through Thursday 8 AM–5 PM and Friday 8 AM–12 PM, with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements. The ideal candidate will have IV skills, EMR experience, and a background in high-volume clinic settings.

Qualifications

• EMR experience required.
• Proficient in starting IVs.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Associate's degree in nursing and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatment and medication under physicians' instructions.
• Collaborates with physicians to create plan of care.
• Maintains patient records of symptoms and progress.
• Tracks and maintains medical supplies and inventory logs.
• Takes and records vital signs and medical history.
• Prepares patient for examination or treatment by the physician.
• Audits clinic inventory and orders supplies as needed.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in a clinical area.

Job Description:

Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association is looking for a full-time Infusion RN for our Rheumatology II practice. Job requires assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care while providing efficient, effective and quality patient care. Ideal candidate would have experience with infusions (Rheumatology and/or Oncology), excellent IV skills, and medical insurance billing and authorization understanding. Infusions are performed Monday through Thursday between 8AM and 5pm, and Fridays 8AM-12PM. No nights, no weekends, no call. This is a high-volume practice in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience in an office setting.

The potential base pay for this position is $43 per hour.
