Job summary

Infusion for Health is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Santa Cruz team. This part-time, 24-hour/week position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with potential for annual bonus and ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate will have ADN (BSN preferred), an active RN license, 3+ years in high-acuity settings, infusion experience preferred but trainable, and proficient EMR and MS Office skills to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• At least 3 years of recent experience in ICU, ER, or other high-acuity environments.
• Prior infusion experience preferred but not required—training available.
• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Current BLS or ACLS/PALS certification (AHA preferred).
• Proficient in EMR systems.
• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Compassionate and collaborative team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist them to private infusion suites.
• Educate patients on infusion treatments and address concerns.
• Administer IV medications, including central line access.
• Monitor patient responses and document observations in EMR.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized infusion environment.
• Respond to urgent or emergent clinical situations.
• Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• Provide occasional phone support as needed.
