Qualifications

• Active Florida pharmacy technician license or LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year experience preparing parenteral/enteral meds.
• Proficiency with aseptic technique and pharmacy software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound sterile parenteral and enteral medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Ensure accuracy of prescription order entry and delivery documentation.
• Participate in patient care meetings to provide pharmacy expertise.
• Maintain QA standards and monitor pharmaceutical testing results.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering.
• Uphold confidentiality and follow pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Support pharmacists in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance skills.
