Join a fast-paced infusion pharmacy team in Bartlett, TN (Memphis metro area) as a Pharmacy Technician. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM. We are seeking experienced professionals ready to step into a high-demand, high-impact role immediately.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, label, and package sterile IV admixtures and unit dose medications
• Accurately enter prescription and inventory data into CareTend (CPR+ system)
• Support pharmacists in maintaining compliance, documentation, and inventory control
• Manage shipping schedules, FedEx tracking, and delivery coordination
• Communicate effectively with intake teams, billing, field staff, and managers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
• Participate in ongoing learning and contribute to quality assurance efforts

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Tennessee
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IV/sterile compounding experience in an infusion or hospital setting
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems (CareTend/CPR+ strongly preferred)
• Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and pharmacy operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
