The Infusion Pharmacy Manager at HME Specialists plays a pivotal role in leading the Home Infusion department (HIT), focusing on clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. You will supervise and support a team of staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, setting and evaluating performance goals while addressing escalated customer concerns to maintain exceptional service standards. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of company policies and regulatory standards, participate in process improvement initiatives, and contribute to strategic planning meetings.

• Directly supervises exempt and nonexempt staff.

• Leads hiring, development and appraisals of direct and indirect reports. High level and frequent interactions with outside organizations and agencies. Provides clinical oversight and guidance to all licensed providers.
