Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN required; if RN with <12 months experience, BSN must be obtained within 4 years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion and vascular access care for oncology patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and interdisciplinary team.
