Job summary

Advocate Health's Aurora Medical Group in Park Ridge is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Infusion team. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Oncology Outpatient experience preferred.

You will perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, educate patients, coordinate across disciplines, and support smooth transitions across care settings to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required in state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Typically 5 years of nursing experience including assessments, care planning, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provides continuity of care by ensuring smooth transitions between care settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Completes nursing assessments and develops interdisciplinary care plans.
• Educates patients and families, addresses psychosocial needs, and coordinates through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
