Job summary

TEEMA is seeking an Oncology Infusion RN to join a compassionate, patient-centered infusion clinic in Arizona. The role focuses on safe administration of chemotherapy/biotherapy, comprehensive patient education, and close collaboration with the care team to support patients through their treatment journey.

The ideal candidate has a BSN (preferred) and at least one year of chemotherapy or oncology infusion experience, with oncology/hematology exposure strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; oncology infusion experience welcomed.
• Oncology/hematology experience strongly preferred.
• Current AZ RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and infusion medications per orders and protocols.
• Review laboratory values prior to treatment; monitor for reactions and adverse effects.
• Assess and document patient status, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment response in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, symptom management, and support resources.
• Triage calls and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; respond to complications.
• Ensure compliance with ONS guidelines and OSHA safety standards for chemotherapy handling.
