Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Pharm.D. or PharmD degree with hospital pharmacy experience and strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills to support a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. strongly preferred.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy quality, safety and environmental control requirements.
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Compounded Sterile Products (CSP) area in the oncology infusion center.
• Assist in meeting regulatory compliance and quality assurance/ control.
• Monitor training and competency assessment of staff.
