Qualifications

• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient patient care including assessment and medication administration.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications and planned treatment.
• Document treatment rendered to patients in the EMR accurately.
