Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with EHR.
• Solid attendance and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete orientation and unit competency requirements.
• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, fluids, and injections; create care plans.
• Identify and respond to cancer-related issues; prioritize patient needs.
• Verify orders with providers and document in EMR.
• Collaborate with health care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Advocate for patients and families; support safety and satisfaction.
