Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level APRN or PA program.
• Current North Carolina APRN/PA licensure.
• Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains health and medical history and performs physical assessment.
• Reviews diagnostic tests and develops differential diagnoses.
• Develops treatment plans and orders pharmacologic agents per guidelines.
• Maintains concise medical records and appropriate follow-up.
• Educates patients and families on condition, treatment, and follow-up.
• Leads efforts to improve productivity and participates in care-related projects.
