Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) is seeking an Infusion Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Infusion department and to fill in the Registered Nurse role as needed to support staffing. The position emphasizes patient-centered care within a community health setting.

The ideal candidate is a North Carolina-licensed RN with BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus leadership and supervision experience. Day shift, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Must-have NC RN license and active BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Preferred BSN or enrollment in BSN program.
• Experience in outpatient infusion or supervisor/manager role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise nursing duties in the Infusion department.
• Fill in RN role as needed due to staffing issues.
• Coordinate staff training and evaluation.
• Monitor medications, supplies, and equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Communicate care plans to patients and physicians.
