Local Infusion is seeking an Infusion Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered infusion therapy in our Silver Spring, MD center(s). The role emphasizes autonomous practice, IV insertions, and adherence to protocols to ensure patient safety.

Ideal candidates hold an MD license and have outpatient infusion experience, with strong EHR skills and the ability to work 1–2 Saturdays per month. Excellent bedside care and collaboration with providers are essential.

Formación

• Current Maryland RN licensure, able to obtain licensure in another state.
• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy and clinical settings.
• Proficient with multiple IV insertions per shift and IV skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document patient health status.
• Deliver infusions or injections per protocols.
• Maintain medical inventory and supplies.
• Communicate with referring providers regarding patient status and plan of care.
• Provide onsite supervision for all patients.

Conocimientos

Autonomous practice

IV starts / peripheral IVs

Inpatient/outpatient infusion

EHR experience

BLS CPR certified

ACLS & PALS (preferred)

Ability to work Saturdays

Excellent IV skills
