• Manages assignments within the care delivery model and allocates resources.
• Role models relationship-centered care and quality practices.
• Addresses patient values and cultural needs in care delivery.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships with patients and families.

• Initiates service recovery when concerns arise and escalates as needed.
• Demonstrates compassion and active listening in interactions.
• Supports staff in applying evidence-based practices.
• Conducts purposeful hourly rounding addressing core patient needs.
