TriHealth Infusion Center in Clifton, Cincinnati seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct and indirect holistic care within infusion services. You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and support families across all life stages in a high-energy, compassionate setting.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma, active RN license, BLS, and a commitment to earning a BSN within 5 years. Day shifts, full-time schedule with weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• New hires must obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Up to 1 year clinical nursing experience required.
• RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and document findings.
• Plan and update care plans; communicate plan of care to care team and patient/family.
• Provide safe, therapeutic environment and supervise delegated care.
• Evaluate plan of care and adjust as needed with the care team.
