Qualifikationen

• Education: Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Credentials: AHA BLS required; TNCC within 1 year if assigned to ICU/CCU, ED, or related units; 8 hours of trauma CNE if applicable.
• Requires ACLS within 6 months for specific units; NRP and/or PALS as applicable.

Aufgaben

• Delivers quality care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Assures patient safety by executing policies & procedures.
• Provides pain management and comfort measures for patients.
• Plans and documents discharge planning to maximize function and ensure smooth transition.
• Collaborates with the health care team to ensure safe, effective patient care and education.
