Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks a Clinic RN in Infusion to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care following established protocols and policies.

You will administer medications and infusion therapies, monitor patients, educate families, and coordinate transitions of care with the clinical team. Graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN license in Arkansas, and BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse: AR license on hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days

Responsibilities

• Monitor and chart patient conditions, noting changes and responding to adverse reactions
• Administer prescribed medications and intravenous fluids, recording details accurately
• Measure and document vital signs such as height, weight, blood pressure, and respiration
• Collect patient samples, including blood, as needed for testing
• Educate patients on health maintenance, adoption of healthy behaviors, and available community resources
• Assist in coordinating smooth transitions of care across multiple settings
• Incorporate quality indicators and patient-specific variables into care plans
• Discharge patients following the completion of therapies
