Under the direction of Infusion Nursing Leadership, the Infusion Nurse Clinical Coordinator supports daily team operations and patient care through virtual, phone, and electronic workflows. As the primary daytime contact for field staff, patients, and caregivers, this role handles clinical support, care coordination, safety reporting, and virtual visits. The coordinator also assists with intake, scheduling, and ensures quality outcomes through collaboration and critical thinking.

Work Schedule: every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of Enteral and Parenteral nutrition including care for Feeding tubes.Knowledge and understanding of Patient Controlled Analgesia (PCA) infusion via IV and SC routes.Knowledge and understanding of vascular system and its interrelatedness to other body systems.Proficiency in:- Starting/maintaining patency of peripheral IV's.
- Knowledge of and ability to care for central venous access devices (CVAD).
- Blood drawing from CVAD.
- Knowledge of JCAHO, Federal, and State regulatory standards
- Knowledge and understanding of Medication Management including administration of IV Medications, Side effects, and Anaphylaxis management
- BSN Preferred.
- RNs without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program within 6 months and complete the degree within 4 years of their start date.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience preferred.
- Previous critical care experience preferred.
- Home care experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification
- Current MD-RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland.
- Current DC-RN license or willingness to acquire licensure.
- CPR required.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and working vehicle required.

Salary Range: Minimum $38.49/hour - Maximum $ 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
