Job summary

Mercy seeks dedicated nurses to join a team delivering patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will coordinate with departments to ensure rights and confidentiality while upholding Mercy Service Standards.

Qualified candidates have RN licensure (state or compact), a nursing degree (AD, Diploma, or BSN), and infusion experience; AHA Provider card is required or to be completed during probation.

Qualifications

• Experience: Infusion experience preferred.
• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure, per state requirements.
• Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
