Job summary

Conflux Systems is seeking an IV Compounding Pharmacy Technician in Malvern, PA (base) for a 6-month contract with potential extension. The role requires PA pharmacy tech registration and may include a face-to-face interview.

Compounding and infusion therapy responsibilities will be performed, with adherence to regulations and sanitation in the cleanroom. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch, and a pay rate of $27.99 per hour on W2.

Qualifications

• PA requires that all Pharm Techs be registered with the Board of Pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current pharmacy technician license if required in the state.
• Successful completion of the Omnicare IV Technician Training Program.
• Prior IV admixture experience preferred.
• Graduate of a formal technician training program preferred.
• Minimum of one year previous hospital or home infusion.

Responsibilities

• Performs compounding and any other tasks as required that relate to the dispensing of infusion therapy or as assigned.
• Adhere to all pertinent local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Perform sanitation and maintenance of the cleanroom area.
• Perform sanitation, maintenance, and tracking of infusion equipment.
• Perform pharmaceutical infusion compounding activities.
• Participate in pharmacy quality control and performance improvement activities.
• Perform pharmacy inventory control.
• Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
• Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary by location.
