Job summary

RPh on the Go is seeking a Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist for a contract assignment in Philadelphia, PA. You will prepare customized sterile medications, including IV fluids, in a compliant aseptic environment and under USP standards.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with support from one technician, offering a structured workflow and patientfocused infusion care. Active PA license and at least 1 year of sterile compounding experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active and clear Pennsylvania pharmacist license required.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in sterile compounding.
• Strong computer skills for documentation and verification processes.
• Knowledge of home infusion pharmacy practices and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile medications following USP standards.
• Verify sterile compounding accuracy and quality.
• Maintain and oversee cleanroom equipment and environment.
• Conduct final inspections of sterile products to ensure compliance and safety.
