Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and manage PIV, PICC, Mid & Central line care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy administration via IV and monitor safety.
• Administer infusions, monitor patients, and perform post‑infusion follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with infusion team, pharmacy, and providers; document in paperless system.
• Supervise nursing staff competence and support field operations as needed.

We are seeking to hire Registered Nurses whose direct support, knowledge, skills, and expertise will enable our company to grow, adapt, and expand into new areas of home-based nursing services. This infusion field nurse would be responsible for conducting patient visits to initiate patient care, performing follow-up visits as needed, and precepting and evaluating the skills of newly hired nurses as requested. The Infusion Homecare Nurse will partner with our Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless initiation of infusion care in patients' homes. **Qualifications:*** **Applicants must have at least 3 years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience as a registered nurse in a home care infusion company, hospital, clinic, or medical facility*** Supervisory or managerial experience PREFERRED.* **Infusion experience is REQUIRED. Time management skills are essential to the success of this role. Clinical documentation is paperless, so using a computer and tablet is key.
