Always Compassionate Health in the Hudson Valley seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for home infusion field visits. You will initiate patient care, perform follow-up visits, and collaborate with Infusion Intake to start care in patients' homes.

The role requires at least 3 years of full-time RN experience in home infusion or related settings; infusion of IV/SQIG and biologics; HIPAA knowledge; and strong assessment and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-time RN experience in home infusion or related settings.
• Infusion experience with IV/SQIG and biologics required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and infusion care in patients' homes.
• Manage PIV, PICC, and central line care; port access is a plus.
• Educate patients and families on therapy administration and safety.
• Coordinate with infusion intake and healthcare teams; document electronically.

We are seeking to hire Registered Nurses whose direct support, knowledge, skills, and expertise will enable our company to grow, adapt, and expand into new areas of home-based nursing services. This infusion field nurse would be responsible for conducting patient visits to initiate patient care, performing follow-up visits as needed, and precepting and evaluating the skills of newly hired nurses as requested. The Home Infusion Nurse will partner with our Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless initiation of infusion care in patients' homes.Qualifications:Applicants must have at least 3 years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience as a registered nurse in a home care infusion company, hospital, clinic, or medical facility.Supervisory or managerial experience PREFERRED.Infusion experience is REQUIRED. They will conduct on-site field visits to provide patient care and, upon request, supervise the competence of nursing staff. They must be able to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities. Time management skills are essential to the success of this role.
