Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital is seeking an Infusion Tech to support infusion therapy, monitor patients, and assist with oncology specimen processing. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• MT CNA Certification and BLS; Phlebotomy Certification (or within 6 months of hire); CMA or LPN licensure required.

Position Overview

The Infusion Tech is responsible for assisting nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing infusion therapy to patients. This includes preparing equipment, monitoring patients during treatments and ensuring the overall comfort and well-being of patients. The clinical tech will also be responsible for performing pre-analytical processes associated with collection and processing of oncology laboratory specimens. Has thorough knowledge of test requirements and specimen processing. Demonstrates a commitment to client experience, quality, and safety. A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork are essential.

Education

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Experience

• 1 year in a health care setting, required.
• Phlebotomy experience, preferred

License/Certifications

• MT CNA Certification
• BLS
• Follows most current standards for continuing education requirements as dictated by State/Federal licensure regulations
• Phlebotomy Certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
• CMA or LPN (proof of current licensure will be required)
