Job summary

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the TCT Infusion Clinic on a PRN basis in Dallas, TX. The position supports oncology patients, families, and care teams and requires strong nursing assessment, education, and collaboration.

Responsibilities include implementing plans of care, documentation, and ensuring high quality patient-centered care within the oncology continuum. PRN shifts per month and weekend coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program and currently licensed as a Texas RN (or BNE Compact State).
• 1 year nursing experience required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document health status using age-specific considerations across the care continuum.
• Develop and implement care plans with patient and family input.
• Collaborate with health care team to coordinate care and communicate needs.
