Job summary

Infusion for Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner Manager to provide clinical leadership and manage day-to-day operations across ambulatory infusion centers. You will oversee a diverse team including RNs, LVNs, MAs, and mixologists, ensuring high-quality infusion and injection care.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and organizational skills to support patient care, staff development, and workflow optimization across clinics in multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or related specialty.
• 2 years in healthcare leadership or management role preferred.
• Proven experience working with, influencing, and managing individuals with different licenses and scope of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• AANPCB or ANCC certification required

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical leadership across multiple ambulatory infusion clinics.
• Manage day-to-day operations and staffing across regions.
• Recruit, hire, and coach staff; lead performance reviews.
• Ensure clinical protocols and patient safety standards are followed.
• Monitor patient care quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead audits, site surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
