What does the Medical Assistant do?
Under supervision, assists physicians and clinicians with patient care, promotes efficient patient flow, and performs clerical tasks such as answering phones and maintaining schedules. Supports adherence to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
