Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
• Nursing degree or RN license may substitute for tech credentials.
• Two years hospital IV room or home infusion experience.
• Strong data entry and insurance information handling.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, and disinfect exam rooms; stock medications and supplies.
• Manage inventory and record transactions in the mixing room.
• Collect patient data (insurance, demographics, home meds) and verify benefits.
• Collect Out of Pocket/Co-insurance payments from patients.
• Safely prepare biologic and other medications for infusion patients.
• Report to work on time and perform other duties as assigned.
