Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active unrestricted APRN and RN licenses in the practicing state.
• Current board certification with ANCC or AANP (or NCCPA with active license).
• Current CPR certification (BLS minimum).
• Infusion experience in outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered IV infusion care with coordinated team communication.
• Advocate for patients and families navigating the health care system.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals; review policies and procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in quality initiatives and program reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
