Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in a health facility such as a hospital or similar medically oriented institution.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills (taking vital signs, observation, etc.) and patient care duties.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Workers required within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in the Cancer Center outpatient clinic and infusion center.
• Take vital signs, record measurements, and report abnormal findings to the nurse.
• Transport specimens, blood products, and patients as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient care area and adhere to infection control policies.
