Job summary

Option Care Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner for the Moncks Corner Infusion Center to deliver direct infusion care and lead clinical workflows. The NP will manage therapies, coordinate with physicians, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced center.

Requirements include an active SC NP license, board certification, and at least 1 year of NP infusion experience. Travel between local centers may be required; strong EHR skills and credentialing readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral NP degree required.
• Active and unrestricted NP license in SC.
• Board certification as NP.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year NP experience in a clinical setting.
• Prior infusion/IV therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage infusion care plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications related to infusion care.
• Order/interpret labs and tests for infusion therapy.
• Oversee IV/IM/SC administration and monitor for adverse events.
• Document infusion care plans in the EHR.
• Coordinate with medical staff and directors for care quality.
• Participate in credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance across duties.
