Qualifications

• Six months of related clinical experience.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) – REQUIRED.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Other Comparable certified nursing assistant course.
• 1 year experience as unit clerk/secretary in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the interprofessional team in delivering quality patient care.
• Manages medical records and coordinates data entry and documentation.
• Supports admissions, discharges and transfers per unit guidelines.
• Performs patient care activities under supervision and ensures safety and infection control.
